The 2026 NAME Conference is an outstanding opportunity to market your business, services, or products to our members. We invite national and local vendors, agencies, organizations, publishers and artists to connect with the NAME community at our Las Vegas conference.
There are several great ways to connect with NAME members and conference participants:
- Exhibit space at the conference
Exhibits will be open at the conference from 5:00-7:00 pm on Wednesday, November 18, and close on Saturday, November 23, at 2:00 pm.
- Inclusion of a flyer, postcard, business card or other items in conference bags
If you are sending material to be included in conference tote bags, please send them to the following address for arrival at the conference hotel by Monday, November 16. Shipping details are listed on the registration page.
- Placement of an advertisement in the conference program
To place an ad in the conference program, forward the camera-ready copy, as an attachment to your email to NAME@NAMEorg.org, no later than October 1, 2026.
