Marketplace 2018 Rates (Exhibitor Rates)

  • Shared Market Space for Independent biz/solo consultant: $110
    • A shared Market Space is an option for (independents only) to share a market space.
    • This registration is for only 1 person form each business
    • information only, no sales
       
  • Small non-profit/small business market space - $195
    • Small business has less than 4 employees (including owners)
    • Small non-profit has annual operating budget UNDER $50,000.
    • Marketplace registration & credentials for no more than TWO people per business
  • Non-profit/ business market space - $250
    • Local Business with 5 or more employees (including owner)
    • Non-profit has annual operating budget of $50,000 and above
       
  • Corporate market/Large Non-profit space $395
    • Large business with 10 or more employees
    • Large non-profit with with annual operating budget over $250,000
       
  • NAME Market - selling for small non-profit/biz:  $145 plus 10% of sales
  • NAME Market - selling for large non-profit/biz:  $245 plus 30% of sales
    • Can't join us, but want to sell your products at conference?
    • Reserve a spot in the NAME Market.
    • We will market your books, films & other materials.
       
  • NAME supported unstaffed info market table corporate/large non-profit: $295
    • Can't join us,  but want to promote your work, institution, etc.
    • This Market Space/Table will have no sales
    • The table will be staffed/monitored by NAME


All Marketplace/Exhibitor rates are for one “market space”display area (approximately 6'x4')
Each market space (except "shared")   two chairs
Each market space (except "Shared") includes two credentials ??
Tables are not included (except "shared")
Optional 1- 6’ x 2.5’ skirted tables, available ($55)

Inclusion in the Marketplace Members list in the program, for those registered before the program goes to print.
Each Marketer is asked to donate an item to the NAME silent auction
Participation in the Wednesday evening opening reception is required.

Set-up: Wednesday, November 28, 6 am - 8:30 am
Tear-down: Friday, November 30, 2 - 2:30 pm
