Please consider connecting your business, services, or products with NAME's conference attendees. You can participate in with an on-site exhibit space; sending materials (like a flyer, postcard, business card) for inclusion in our conference bags; and/or placement of an advertisement in the conference program.
 If you would like to participate in marketing at the conference in multiple ways, you can select one of the exhibitor packages. You also can add additional options as you click through the registration form.

Exhibits will be open from 5:00-7:00 pm on Wednesday, November 15, and close on Saturday, November 18, at 2:00 pm. A reception on Thursday evening will be held in the exhibit area. Exhibitors will receive final exhibitor set-up details no later than November 6. 
*NOTE: The exhibit space does not include a table. If you would like a table, please add it as an add-on option.

Bag Stuffings: If you are sending material to be included in conference tote bags, please send them to the following address for arrival by Monday, November 13: Charlene Lui, NAME, Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa, 201 Tallapoosa Street, Montgomery, AL 36104.

Program Advertising: To place an ad in the conference program forward the camera-ready ad, as an attachment to your ad confirmation email to NAME@NAMEorg.org, no later than October 15, 2023.
